Listed, labeled, or certified equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification. a) On or about April 18, 2013; at the center of the jobsite, the employer allowed employees to utilize a relocatable power tap in a manner that was not in accordance with instructions included in the listing and labeling. Employees used the relocatable power tap to supply power to two (2) battery chargers.
