In the shipping area, there was a Pennsylvania S400 small weighing scale that was not grounded. The ground pin was missing from the plug on the electrical cord used to energize the scale.  2. In the shipping area, there was a large metal weighing scale located on the floor that was not grounded. The ground pin was missing from the plug of the electrical cord used to energize the scale.  3. Behind the shipping area, there was a Kelvinator refrigerator that was not grounded. The refrigerator was plugged into a bad electrical (extension) cord.
