29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: a)  Warehouses - Noted on 4/19/13 and at times prior thereto,  warehouse panel boxes were blocked and did not permit a minimum 3-foot clearance in the following locations:  1.  Bldg. 3201:         a.  Below mezzanine, panel box C was blocked by machinery.         b.  Section S, the general battery charging station blocked the panel box.         c.  Section D, the panel board was blocked.  2.  Bldg. 3202:         a.  Section R, panel board B was blocked by the battery charger  3.  Bldg. 780:         a.  Near receiving airlock, the panel board was blocked.  (Corrected during inspection)
