(a) Front side, new residential construction located at 2750 Carrick Court, Powder Springs, GA 30127: Employee was exposed to fall hazards while installing cornice boards and Hardie-Plank Siding at heights of 14-feet, 6-inches on a pump jack scaffold platform which was missing mid and end guardrails as no other fall protection system was used to prevent falls to lower levels.

(a) Front side, new residential construction located at 2750 Carrick Court, Powder Springs, GA 30127: The support poles of the Alum-A-Pole Pump Jack Scaffold System were not secured at the bottom of the poles to prevent displacement while employees worked at heights of approximately 14-feet, 6-inches installing cornice boards and Hardie-Plank Siding.
