29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Scaffold platforms and walkways were not at least 18 inches wide: a) Bill Rapp Subaru, 3451 Burnet Avenue - On or about 4 April, 2013 - Employees were climbing over the railing of the elevated scissor lift scaffold to gain access to the roof. The railing used as the walkway was not 18 inches wide.
