29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A): Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face or that interfered with valve function: (Construction Reference 1926.103)    (a) On or about April 18, 2013 and times prior, the employer required employees to wear North Model 7700 half faced respirator with North P100 filters during the removal of roofing material containing Class II Non-Friable with three percent, ten percent and fifteen percent chrysotile Asbestos Contained Material (ACM).

(c) On or about April 18, 2013 and times prior, employees were exposed to stepping into an approximately thirty-four inch by twenty-four inch hole while working on a flat roof removing Asbestos Contained Material roofing.
