OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall hazards. On or about April 26, 2013, at the work site located at Key Energy Services, Inc. Rig #6035, County Road 110, Venus, Texas: employees assigned to work from the Derrick Man's work platform at approximately 25 to 30 feet were exposed to a fall hazard.
