29 CFR 1904.30(a): 29 CFR 1904.30(a) The employer did not maintain a separate OSHA 300 Log for each establishment that was expected to be in operation for one year or longer. a) On or about February 11, 2013; Safety and Health Administrative office, employer had combined all the establishments or related establishments onto one OSHA 300 log. Employer has offices locally and throughout the United States. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
