On or about April 19, 2013, two instances where electrical cable were run through metal doors:  At the Electrical Plant Building, four-480V nominal, three-220V nominal and three-120V nominal electrical cables were run through a metal door.  Outside the door of the Top Doghouse, the 220V nominal electrical cable providing electricity to the Derrick lights was run through a metal door.
