29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2)(iv): The employer shall provide training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The employer shall assure that each employee has been trained, as necessary, by a qualified competent person on the role of each employee when using safety monitoring system: Employees were working on a 12' high low-slope roof without having received training on the role of each employee when utilizing a safety monitoring system.
