29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. (a) Location - 110 Dedham Street, Newton, MA: On or about 4/5/2013, the employer failed to perform a daily safety inspection to discover and eliminate hazards such as, faulty extension cords, lack of fall protection and a step ladder being used inappropriattely.
