All surfaces shall be maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead. a) The employer did not ensure that surfaces were free from accumulations of lead in that a wipe sample taken on or about April 23, 2013 around the front and side edge of the sink in the break room revealed lead levels of 1,874 micrograms. b) The employer did not ensure that surfaces were free from accumulations of lead in that a wipe sample taken on or about April 23, 2013 on the door handles of the side by side refrigerator in the break room revealed lead levels of 561 micrograms.
