On or about 04/16/2013, Bunkers of St. Croix, Inc., #27 Castle Coakley, St Croix VI Workshop electrical panel area: Access to an electrical panel was blocked with piping, extension cords and other warehouse materials. Instance 2). On or about 04/16/2013, Bunkers of St. Croix, Inc., #27 Castle Coakley, St Croix VI - Warehouse storage electrical panel area: Access to an electrical panel was blocked with oil drums. Note 1 & 2: Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer during the inspection.
