29 CFR 1910.179(l)(3)(iii)(d): Pendant control stations were not kept clean nor were function labels kept legible: a) This violation occurred on April 23, 2013, and at times prior thereto, in the train molding area, the pendant controls to the Abacus 3-ton overhead crane SN 57603-C did not have legible function labels. b) This violation occurred on April 23, 2013, and at times prior thereto, in the maintenance shop, the pendant controls to the Abacus 1-ton overhead crane did not have legible function labels. c) This violation occurred on April 23, 2013, and at times prior thereto, in the U 360 Shell Core area, the pendant controls to the Abacus 3-ton overhead crane being used by employees to move up to 3800 pound materials did not have legible function labels.
