29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition: (a) On or about 4/25/13 - Production Building, a 440 VAC XL Ripper Rip Down Saw, Model #108A, combustible dust had accumulated in the enclosed spaces between the wooden guard and the saw, greater than one inch in depth in some areas, exposing employees to a fire hazard.
