29 CFR 1910.219(e)(1)(i): Horizontal belts which had both runs seven feet or less from the floor level were not guarded with a guard that extended to at least fifteen inches above the belt: In the maintenance area, the Delta Drill Press had two belts unguarded approximately 5 1/2 feet above the floor, exposing employees to a caught in hazard. The two belts control the speed of the drill spindle and were easily accessed by employees. The cover could not be found.
