29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins: (a) 548 Broadway Chicopee, MA: On or about April 24, 2013, two employees were observed working in an unprotected excavation, that was more than 7 FT deep, which is not in accordance with this subpart: Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
