29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  (a) 323 Locust Street Wrightsville, PA - Employee was observed attaching wood to 1 of 2 dormer to accept the aluminum siding and was working from the main roof that had an 8 in 12 pitch, without the benefit of a fall protection system, thereby exposing employees to a fall of 20 feet to the ground below, on or about April 24, 2013.      No abatement certification or documentation required.
