Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm in that employees were exposed to amputations when they were caught by and/ or struck by the winch cable which was drawn into a wood chipper while feeding a branch into the chipper: Jobsite, 607 Halstead Rd, Wilmington DE - Rick's Lawn & Tree Service LLC employees were operating a Bandit Brush wood chipper, model 1890 XP were exposed to being struck by and /or caught in hazards when the deployed winch cable was drawn into the chipper while feeding a branch. On or about 4/25/13.
