(a) South side, new residential construction located on Lot #100 Canyon View Drive, Newnan, GA 30265: Employee was exposed to fall hazards while installing soffit at heights of approximately 16-foot, 5-inches on a pump jack scaffold platform which was missing top, mid, and end guardrails as no other fall protection system was used to prevent falls to lower levels.
