On or about April 22, 2013, at 1502 Sam Nunn Blvd, Perry, Georgia: a) Three employees performing framing work were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 44-feet and greater when they worked at the unprotected edge of the building without using fall protection. b) Two employees performing framing work were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 34-feet when they worked near an improperly guarded elevator shaft.
