29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms were not kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition. a) Combustible dust accumulation was on the sorting machine in the Paper Plant which created a fire hazard for the employees, on or about 04/25/13. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is completed, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
