29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) Lot 9 Pilotboat Dr., Lewes, DE - An employee engaged in residential construction activities was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet while he was walking the wall. The employee was observe on the second floor exterior wall. This violation was observed on or about April 25, 2013.
