29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) Building E and F Dickens Drive Lancaster, PA - Employee was observed accepting supplies and setting up air hose and electric lines on a balcony to attach the railing, without the benefit of a fall protection system, thereby exposing employees to a fall of 11 feet 11 inches to the ground below, on or about April 24, 2013. No abatement certification or documentation required.
