29 CFR 1910.179(i): Crane(s) equipped with a power traveling mechanism were not provided with a gong or other effective warning signal:   On or about April 25, 2013, and at times prior to, in the Cojofex and Coil areas overhead cranes were operated by a remote control device to lift heavy metal structures/parts were not provided with the means to warn employees working in the areas when the cranes were on the move.  Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards.
