Employees could get access to the knives from a six inch opening measured from the conveyor to the guard, on or about 4/25/13.  b) Genesis Biosciences, Lawrenceville, GA - In the maintenance department, employees used the M1004 Vertical Mill to drill on metal parts without a chuck guard, on or about 4/25/13.  c) Genesis Biosciences, Lawrenceville, GA - In the maintenance department, employees used the General Machinery #39955 drill press without a chuck guard, on or about 4/25/13.
