29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): 29 CFR 1926.450(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports: a) Worksite, 23 Woodcleft Ave. Freeport NY - Employees were applying stucco to a three story resturaunt while working from a fabricated frame scaffold that was not fully planked. The scaffold had three planks installed at the working level approximately 22ft above the ground; on or about 04/26/13. b) Worksite, 23 Woodcleft Ave. Freeport NY - Employees were applying stucco to a three story resturaunt while working from a fabricated frame scaffold that was not fully planked. The scaffold had three planks installed at the working level approximately 16ft above the ground; on or about 4/26/13.
