29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about April 25, 2013, during construction activities including but not limited to roofing work and environmental remediation, the employer did not ensure all employees on a roof having a slope of 5/12 were using a fall protection system/device while exposed to fall hazards of approximately 13 feet around the perimeter of the building.
