29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6: a) East Building, Northeast section, a compressed Carbon Dioxide gas cylinder was free standing; it was not properly supported by a stand or by being chained to a support or wall, to prevent it from being knocked over.

29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions: a) East Building, Northeast section, north wall, the conduit was pulled out of the light switch, 110 volts. This allowed the electrical wiring to be exposed to abrasions that could result in employees being exposed to electrical hazards.
