Section 5(a)(1):  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by hazards:    (a)  On or about April 26, 2013, for employees exposed to struck-by hazards while working on and around the operational service rig where the employer did not ensure that each section of a high pressure rigid line transporting fluid from the well was secured using appropriate means to prevent movement should the line fail due to a kick at Fort Berthold 147-94-1A-12-2H, Killdeer, ND.    Abatement Note: Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard would be to ensure that each section of a high-pressure rigid line is secured using appropriate means to prevent movement should the line fail as described in Section 9 of the American Petroleum Institute, Recommended Practice 54, "Recommended Practice for Occupational Safety for Oil and Gas Well Drilling and Servicing Operations".
