29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. (a) Roof, new bank teller drive-thru lanes located at 2454 Kennesaw Due West Road, Kennesaw, GA 30152: Employee installing 6-inch waterproofing membrane on a parapet wall at heights of 14-feet, 6-inches on a flat roof was not provided with a fall protection system. Ben Hill Roofing & Siding Co. Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312775174, citation number #1, item number #1 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/14/2010, with respect to a workplace located at 4145 Veterans Memorial Highway, Lithia Springs, GA 30122.
