29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by an employee working from an aerial lift: JOBSITE: Next door to 104 Conrad Avenue, Marble Hill, MO 63764, at this worksite located at the new construction of Family Dollar, a worker was observed on an aerial lift, SkyTrak #6036, FL6K-173, standing on a pallet, approximately 17 feet, 7 inches eave to ground level, actively applying silicone to the seams of the aluminum siding, without any form of fall protection.
