29 CFR 1926.451(h)(2)(ii): A toeboard was not erected along the edge of platforms more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower levels for a distance sufficient to protect employees below: (a) Jobsite: 1001 Lafayette Drive, Farmington, PA: On or about April 26, 2013, employees were observed walking under the scaffolds that were not equipped with toeboards while employees were performing work above on the scaffolds approximately 35 feet high.
