29 CFR 1910.178(o)(2): Load(s) were being handled which exceeded the rated capacity of the industrial truck(s):      a)On or about April 15, 2013, in the NFX Shipping and Receiving Dock, for employees removing the packaging under a new semi-conductor tool being delivered by lifting the tool up using a Hyster E50Z and Hyster E120Z fork lift truck in tandem.  The Hyster E50Z model truck was rated at 4993.5 lbs and the E120Z was rated at 11001.1 lbs. The tool was estimated to weight between 12,000-13,000 lbs uncrated. Per the manufacturer's recommendations, each fork lift truck must be capable of supporting half the weight of the tool during this tandem lift to avoid overloading the trucks.
