29 CFR 1926.28(a): The employer did not require the wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment in all operations where there is an exposure to hazardous conditions. a) Dalton Builders, Inc, 8024 Peach Street, Erie, PA- on or about April 26, 2013, a laborer, installing the rake edge system on the roof of the building while utilizing a cordless saw, hammer and nails, was not wearing protective eyewear.
