29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided. (a)GM Construction @ 1309 Mount Meeker, Berthoud, CO 80550: On and before April 24th, 2013, the exposing employer did not ensure that fall protection systems were utilized by employees engaged in framing activities while working at the unprotected edges of a second floor intermediate roof on a single-family home. An employee was working within the roof trusses not protected from falls in excess of 6 feet. The condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 13 feet.
