OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees exposed to a fall hazard: (a) On Site Property Manager's Apartment - On or about April 26, 2013, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard when using the top step of a 8 foot fiberglass step ladder to access the top of apartment in order to empty containers filled with rain water.

(a) Upstairs Self Storage Units - On or about April 26, 2013, an employee was exposed to a 10 feet fall hazard when changing out fluorescent light bulbs from the top storage units lacking standard railings or fall arrest systems.
