29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. On or about April 29, 2013, and times prior thereto, two employees were observed working on a residential roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels without using anytype of fall protection system. These conditions exposed employees to fall hazards. Ceballos Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313501868, citation number 01, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 12-08-2011, with respect to a workplace located at 6833 Cactus Thrush Dr., El Paso, TX. 79912.
