Employers did not ensure that each employee had access to labels on containers of formaldehyde and to safety data sheets, and was trained in accordance with the requirements of HCS and paragraph (n) of this section. a) Throughout facility: Employees use Global Keratin curly and resistant hair straightening products containing 3.6 and 5.8% formaldehyde respectively. The employer did not include formaldehyde in the company's hazard communication program, on or about 4/30/13.
