OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees On or about April 29, 2013, an employee at this work location was exposed to a hazard of being struck and crushed by a collapsing steel fence under demolition. AMONG OTHER METHODS, ONE FEASIBLE AND ACCEPTABLE METHOD TO CORRECT THIS HAZARD IS: Ensure employees secure the cattle pen fence from falling when cutting the fence down.
