29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage of material created a hazard:   a) On or about April 29, 2013 in the rear of building # 4324, the outside storage shed had containers of hazardous chemicals such as, but, not limited to paint, lacquer thinner and Oakite 360L corrosive alkaline stacked on the floor in a haphazard manner exposing employees to a tripping hazard.

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(2): Guard(s) on machine(s) were not affixed to the machine or secured elsewhere when attachment to the machine was not possible:   a)  On or about 04-29-2013 in the machine shop area, the HYD-Mech S20A serial # 8B0511194 band saw was missing the blade guard on the idler side exposing employees to a contact hazard.
