WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR VIOLATIONS OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD, 29 CFR 1926.451 (b) (1) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 314934068, CITATION 1, ITEM 01b, ISSUED ON OCTOBER 17, 2011 FOR THE WORKSITE LOCATED AT 1720 W. LINDSEY STREET, NORMAN, OK 73069. 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): 29 CFR 1926.450(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports: On or about April 30, 2013, and at times prior there to, employees were observed on scaffolding without working levels being fully planked. The employees were exposed to a fall hazard.
