29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards. a) Jobsite, 2000 Kimball Street - An employee was performing laborer operations from a fabricated frame scaffold 26' above ground level without being trained in scaffold safety. The employee did not know the height requirement for fall protection while working on fabricated frame scaffolds on or about 4/24/13.
