29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) were not standing firmly on the floor of the basket, were sitting or climbing on the edge of the basket, or were using planks, ladders, or other devices for a work position: a) At the jobsite, on or about 5/4/13: Employees were working from an after-market work basket attached to the forks of a JLG Lull rough terrain forktruck operated approximately 20 feet from ground, while standing on plank set on masonry block approximately 13 inches from the floor of the basket and without fall protection of any kind. b) At the jobsite, on or about 5/8/13: Employees were working from an after-market work basket attached to the forks of a JLG Lull rough terrain forktruck operated approximately 20 feet from ground, while standing on plank set on masonry block approximately 13 inches from the floor of the basket. Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
