29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 7933 Tavistock St Lot 4 Montgomery, Alabama: On or about May 1, 2013 and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure employees involved in framing activities on a residential home were using fall protection exposing them to fall hazards of 9.7 feet to the ground below. THE COLEMAN BREWSTER BUILDERS, LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 762861, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JANUARY 5, 2013, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 5006 CHILTERN LOT 111 MONTGOMERY, ALABAMA 36116 AND IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 386962, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MAY 5, 2012, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 67825 LONG AVENUE MONTGOMERY, ALABAMA 36116.
