29 CFR 1910.151(b) There was neither an infirmary, clinic, or hospital used for the treatment of all injured employees in near proximity to the workplace nor a person or persons adequately trained to render first aid. a) Entire facility, 115 Cedar Lane, Mount Pleasant Mills, PA: Employees performing regular duties with equipment, such as, but not limited to, mechanical power presses, shears, drills, and grinders were exposed to cut hazards, amputation hazards and other hazards. Employees worked without the benefit of a person or  persons on site trained to render first aid in case of a possible injury or illness, on or about May 1, 2013. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation.
