Tool Room   - 75 Ton KRW Wilson Hydraulic Press, Serial 2125. Machine guarding permits access to the point of operation.   - 200 Ton Behr Hydraulic Press. Machine guarding permits access to the point of operation.       3. Headers   - Machines 110-1, 115-1, 120-1, 120-2, 105-1, 210-1, 220-1, 230-1, 125-1 guards were not secured and permit access to rotating components.     Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
