29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:   a. As observed on or about 05/01/2013 at 12141 Crystal Condo Road in Fort Myers (FL), materials were placed in front of the electrical circuit panels blocking access to them:   1. At the east side of shop building, inside the preparation area, two circuit panels blocked with wood panels; and     2. At the west side of shop building, one circuit panel was blocked with wood storage.
