29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. a) At Lot # 14; 1390 Park Brooke Circle, Marietta, GA- Employees installing siding from a working platform of a Werner Aluminum pump jack scaffold, were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 14 feet above ground level. The employees were not wearing personal fall arrest systems or utilizing guard rails or safety nets.
