(b) In the Saw Mill Building, on or about May 1, 2013, a hearing conservation program was not implemented for the Rip Saw Operator who was exposed to noise at 319% of the action level (8-hour time-weighted average sound level of 85 dBA) or an equivalent sound level of 93.3 dBA during the 416 minute sampling period, resulting in a noise hazard.      (c) In the Re-manufacturing Building, on or about May 1, 2013, a hearing conservation program was not implemented for the Pop Up/Rip Saw Operator who was exposed to noise at 217% of the action level (8-hour time-weighted average sound level of 85 dBA) or an equivalent sound level of 90.5 dBA during the 432 minute sampling period, resulting in a noise hazard.
